Where We Are

Our offices are located in the Sunny Southern California, in North Orange County in the city of Fullerton, California, United States. You might have heard of Orange County (or OC, as the locals like to call it) from famous movie shows such as "The OC" and "The Hills". We are about 30 miles away from Los Angeles.

Our History

CTOutlet.com was conceptualized as far back as 2000, when Jenny Landis, a transgender girl, started importing and selling fetish goods to her friends on Yahoo Messenger. Jenny has been interested in fashion and costumes since she was little. She also had an interest in computer programming. By combining these two interests CTOutlet.com was born. The website initially sold female latex masks only. Gradually, inventory was expanded to include product selection. Our website has also undergone substantial changes from its early days. We've had many satisfied customers from all corners of the globe and continue to bring unique products at low prices with exceptional service.
