CTOutlet.com is one of the largest adult/fetish online retailers in the United States. We ship over 500 orders per day out of our two warehouses in California. CTOutlet has grown from a single person operation in 2002 to a staff of approximately 30 full time employees. The original website sold only three types of female masks - we currently have over 4,000 active in-stock products available for immediate shipment. Our customer support agents are in-house and we respond to 95% of customer inquiries within one hour during business hours (9am to 6PM PST).

Our History

CTOutlet.com was conceptualized as far back as 2000, when Jenny Landis started importing and selling fetish goods to her friends on Yahoo Messenger. Jenny has been interested in fashion and costumes since she was little. She also had an interest in entrepreneurship and e-commerce. By combining these interests CTOutlet.com was born. The website initially sold female latex masks only. Gradually, inventory was expanded to include product selection. Our website has also undergone substantial changes from its early days. We've had many satisfied customers from all corners of the globe and continue to bring unique products at low prices with exceptional service.

About Jenny Landis

Jenny Landis, founder CTOutlet.com & Jenny Landis Couture

Jenny Landis is the founder of CTOutlet.com and the JENNY LANDIS line of fetish gear. Coming from very humble beginnings, Jenny was a broke college student living in Los Angeles in an apartment with four other roommates. In 2000, as a side business, Jenny started CTOutlet.com and Jenny Landis, a line of fetish & bdsm products. To jump start the business, Jenny messaged her friends on Yahoo messenger. Slowly, but surely, the amount of sales grew. At first, Jenny used a self-storage unit to store all of the merchandise, but in about a year, the business started to outgrow the place. She decided to relocate the business to North Orange county, where a small warehouse with an office space was rented. Once the business started growing even more, several adjacent units were converted and leased to create more space. Currently, CTOutlet ships hundreds of products per day and continues growing. Jenny Landis Couture was also started by Jenny Landis in 2000 as a house brand for CTOutlet.com. Its first product was the Leslie female mask. The brand has grown to include BDSM masks, paddles and animal plugs.

Our offices are located in the Sunny Southern California, in North Orange County in the city of Fullerton, California, United States. You might have heard of Orange County (or OC, as the locals like to call it) from famous movie shows such as "The OC" and "The Hills". We are about 30 miles away from Los Angeles.
